You gain points for making purchases through website or app, but neither warn you that you must be physically in a store location when redeeming them. I saved up 100 points, applied them to a purchase, and it only gives so much time to get to the location or the points are completely wasted. Lost 100 points. Why not just directly apply it at the time of purchase? Reduce the price automatically instead of requiring us to then bring our phones into the location? Unethical.

อยากให้ผูกระบบ swensen's, bonchon, the coffee club และร้านอาหารอื่นๆ ในเครือ miner ให้จบในแอพนี้แอพเดียว ตอนนี้มีหลายแอพเต็มไปหมด มีแค่ pizza company ที่ผูกได้

แอพแจ้งว่า Address missing ทั้งที่ใส่ไว้อยู่แล้ว ลอง Sign out, sign in ใหม่ ตามที่ customer support แนะนำมา ก็ไม่ช่วย
